   Shipping Time: Approximately 2 days
   Once items have been dispatched, tracking information will be provided to allow customers to monitor their delivery status.
3. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service to submit a return request (please include your Order Number, Name, and Reason for Return);
Wait for your request to be reviewed and for a return confirmation to be issued;

4. Refund Details
   Once the returned item has been received and verified to meet the return criteria, the refund process will be initiated.

5. Shipping Costs
